CAT BOARDING PRICING
If your cat requires a visit to a veterinary surgeon during their stay, please be aware that a minimum charge of £20 per visit will be incurred to cover time and fuel.

CAT BOARDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (from 1st January 2023)
- All cats must be vaccinated for Cat Flu and Feline Enteritis (with up-to-date boosters) prior to boarding.
- Payment by cash or BACS only (no credit or debit cards accepted).
- Fees are per day and include both arrival and departure days as 2 separate days.
- A £20 non-refundable deposit per cat per stay will be required, within 48 hours of making your booking, in order to secure your requested dates. This will be deducted from your final bill. Once the deposit has been received, a booking confirmation will be sent out to you via email. Please contact the cattery if you have not received this within 7 days of sending your payment.
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required, at the time of booking, for Christmas and New Year visits.
- Changes made to your arrival/departure dates (after your initial booking is made) will incur a surcharge of £10. This is to cover extra administration costs.
- Amendments (reduction of days) made to reservations or cancellations, within 15 days of your booked arrival date, will be charged at 100% of the total boarding initially booked.
- We politely request that all cats have flea and worm treatments, with a veterinary prescribed product, prior to boarding.
- The administration of any veterinary prescribed medication your cat may require during their stay is provided free of charge.
- Should your cat require a visit to the vet during their stay, a charge of £20 will be made by the cattery to cover fuel and time.
- All personal items e.g. cat carriers, beds etc. are left at the owner’s risk.
